I’m an SMU grad who has worked in the Athletic Department in different capacities over the last 8 years.
Those who know me, know that I bleed red and blue and that football is my religion.
These Mustangs, whom all happen to be close friends, have always been great.
I have dedicated this blog to pointing people toward the greatness.
Pony up for Mustangs in the NFL!

Great website, I’m an SMU grad ’70, a lifelong Mustang fan since the 50’s via my dad who was a close friend of Doc Hayes, Bob Prewitt, Jim Krebs,
Hayden Fry and numerous others, I’m a Huge Cowboy fan since I went to SMU in ’66 , saw the 1967 NFC Cowboys/Green Bay championship game at the Cotton Bowl stadium a few days after I saw the Mustangs play Georgia in the Jan 1 ’67 Cotton Bowl game, Live in Maryland, Now a huge Ravens fan, so the Steelers, Redskins and Patriots my very least favorite teams, but still proud of all the Mustangs, Sterling Moore who cost us a trip to the Super Bowl last year, Richard Crawford who nailed the Ravens this year at Fed Ex, Aldrick Robinson who jump started the Redskins on Thanksgiving, LeRibeus who is making his mark here, Sanders and Beachum with the Steelers, proud of all the Mustang regardless of who they play for. Hoping Margus Hunt and Zach Line will make their mark, great players and great young men.
    Thanks for the great website

Thanks for keeping up with this Kristin. We need to keep track of all the successes our Mustangs have in the NFL. The more public this information is made, the more impressed recruits will be. This staff has done a good job of getting their players in the pros.
