Ben Gottschalk (C)

Ben Gottschalk was signed to the Kansas City Chiefs as a UDFA. He is currently an NFL FA.

Ben was released from the Chiefs on August 27, 2014 to make room for Mike McGlynn. He was waived after the cuts to 75. He was signed to the Chiefs practice squad on September 1, 2014. He was waived from the practice squad on September 9, 2014.

Senior (2013): Ben played and started in all 12 games on the offensive line. He made 2 tackles, both solo, and forced a fumble.

Junior (2012): Ben started 12 games. The team posted top-10 school efforts in scoring, scoring average, total offense, passing yards, passing TDs, completions, attempts, completion percentage and first downs among others. He blocked for C-USA Offensive Player of the Year, Zach Line.

Sophomore (2011): He played in all 13 games on the field goal and PAT teams.

Freshman (2010): Saw game action in 10 contests.
